1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Couple Photo, including our website, upload tools, AI generation features, accounts, credits, subscriptions, downloads, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AI Couple Photo provides AI-powered couple photo generation and related creative tools. You can upload authorized adult portraits, choose a style, generate AI couple photos, save creation history, download results, and use credit or subscription features where available.

Some features may require an account, credits, a paid plan, or an active subscription.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account secure.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create legal, safety, billing, or abuse risks.

4. Upload Rights and Generated Content

You must own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for every photo you upload. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads and use of generated outputs do not violate laws, third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or these Terms.

You retain your rights in the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us the limited rights needed to process those photos, generate outputs, provide downloads, maintain history, operate account features, and enforce these Terms.

Your rights to generated outputs follow the rights you have in the uploaded photos. If you have the right to use your uploaded photos commercially, you may use the generated outputs commercially, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

AI Couple Photo and its website, interface, templates, software, branding, and service features remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service itself to you.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, request, share, or distribute:

• Photos of children or minors.
• Nude, sexual, explicit, pornographic, or adult content.
• Images of people where you do not have the necessary rights, permissions, or consent.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Content that is unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, exploitative, or harmful.
• Content intended to impersonate, mislead, threaten, exploit, or harm another person.
• Malware, spam, automated abuse, scraping, credential attacks, or attempts to bypass limits or security controls.

We may refuse to process, remove, block, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, billing, or abuse risks.

6. Credits, Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Paid features, credit packs, plans, subscription benefits, renewal terms, storage benefits, and prices are shown on the pricing page, checkout page, or account billing area. By purchasing paid features, you agree to the terms shown at checkout.

Credits may have expiration dates, usage rules, and plan-specific limits. Subscription credits and benefits may depend on the billing period and the plan purchased.

If subscriptions are available, they may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel benefits already provided for the current billing period, unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Refunds

Digital and virtual products are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

If a generation fails or is refused by the Service after credits have been consumed, the Service may return the consumed credits to your account. Credit refunds do not automatically create a cash refund.

Billing issues and refund eligibility may be reviewed case by case according to the payment terms, product rules, and applicable law.

8. Storage, History, and Downloads

Uploaded photos, generated outputs, history, and downloads may be stored for limited periods depending on account status, plan benefits, storage limits, and product rules. You are responsible for downloading and keeping any generated outputs you want to retain.

We may remove stored content when it expires, violates these Terms, exceeds plan limits, or is no longer needed to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Our handling of account information, uploaded photos, generated outputs, billing records, and history is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay required fees, create legal or safety risk, or interfere with Service operations.

Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment obligations, ownership terms, restrictions on misuse, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
