1. Overview
AI Couple Photo provides digital subscriptions and credit-based AI photo generation. Please read this Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription or credit pack.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Subscription purchases: Refund requests for subscription purchases must be submitted within 3 days of your purchase.
- No credit usage: If any credits from the subscription have been used, the subscription is not eligible for a refund, regardless of when the purchase was made.
- Credit packs: Credit packs are non-refundable. This includes one-time credit packs, add-on credits, and other non-subscription credit purchases.
3. How to Request a Refund
If your subscription purchase meets the eligibility requirements, contact our support team and include:
- The email address on your account.
- Your order number or payment receipt.
- The purchase date.
- The reason for the refund request.
Your request must be sent within 3 days of your purchase.
4. Processing Refunds
After we receive your request, we will review your account, purchase record, and credit usage. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method.
The refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding six percent (6%) of the initial payment. Credit packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.
5. Failed Generations and Returned Credits
If the Service consumes credits for a generation that later fails or is refused by the Service, those credits may be returned to your account according to product rules. Returned credits are account credits only and do not automatically create a cash refund.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
